Guidelines for our community
D-CODEX is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, or nationality.
We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. This code of conduct applies to all D-CODEX spaces, including our events, workshops, hackathons, online forums, and social media platforms.
The following behaviors are considered harassment and are unacceptable within our community:
Unacceptable behavior from any community member will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.
If a community member engages in unacceptable behavior, the community organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including a temporary ban or permanent expulsion from the community without warning.
If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a community organizer as soon as possible:
All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly. All community leaders are obligated to respect the privacy and security of the reporter of any incident.
This Code of Conduct applies within all community spaces, and also applies when an individual is representing the community in public spaces. Examples of representing a community include using an official e-mail address, posting via an official social media account, or acting as an appointed representative at an online or offline event.
If you have any questions or concerns about the Code of Conduct, please contact the D-CODEX leadership team:
This Code of Conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant, version 2.0, available at https://www.contributor-covenant.org/version/2/0/code_of_conduct.html.
